Win Our Natives (WON) India is a faith-driven, community-focused nonprofit organization dedicated to serving rural, tribal, and indigenous communities across India. Founded in 2000 and officially registered in 2002, WON India operates under the leadership of Rev. P. Jeevan Kumar and his wife, Glory, who serve as Directors.
Our mission is to promote spiritual growth and holistic well-being by fostering strong relationships, empowering local leaders, and providing essential resources. What began as a small church-planting initiative in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, has grown into a multi-faceted movement reaching underserved regions through:
Church Planting & Leadership Training – Equipping local believers to build thriving faith communities.
Community Development & Outreach – Providing support for vulnerable populations, addressing basic needs, and promoting self-sufficiency.
Education & Empowerment – Creating opportunities for learning and skill development to uplift individuals and families.
Cultural Preservation & Support – Honoring and strengthening the rich heritage of native cultures while addressing contemporary challenges.
Our passionate team of volunteers and mission-driven professionals is committed to making a lasting impact through principles of faith, love, respect, and collaboration. Today, WON India’s work has expanded throughout Andhra Pradesh, South India, and into the eastern regions of North India, bringing hope, transformation, and the message of Jesus Christ, the coming King.

Our Vision
To glorify God by equipping pastors and church leaders in rural India with sound biblical doctrine and Reformed theological training, ensuring they faithfully preach the whole counsel of God, shepherd their congregations with wisdom, and uphold the sufficiency of Scripture in all areas of ministry.
Mission Statement
Rooted in the sovereignty of God and the authority of Scripture, our mission is to strengthen and equip untrained pastors and church planters through annual Pastors’ Conferences and an intensive Short-Term Training Program. By teaching the doctrines of grace, biblical exegesis, and Christ-centered preaching, we seek to raise up faithful ministers who rightly divide the Word of truth, disciple believers, and advance the Kingdom of God in their communities, all for His glory alone.
