Equipping Leaders, Strengthening the Church

God is building His Kingdom in India, and as churches grow in rural villages, people from all walks of life are coming to Christ. Many of those called to ministry, however, have never received formal biblical training. To equip these pastors and church planters with a solid foundation in God’s Word, WON India has been hosting Pastors’ Conferences every year, providing sound teaching and encouragement to those labouring in the Lord’s harvest (2 Timothy 2:15).

Recognizing the need for deeper training, God has placed a special burden on our hearts to establish a one-month Short-Term Training Program for untrained pastors and church planters. Held during the summer at our Bible college campus, this intensive program offers biblical instruction, leadership development, and practical ministry skills—all while providing accommodation, food, and fellowship for those attending. This initiative aims to strengthen the growing church and empower pastors to preach the Gospel more effectively.

This mission is only possible through the faithful support of those who share our vision for equipping God’s servants. As Romans 10:14 reminds us, "How can they preach unless they are sent?"
